As a prominent global company, McDonald’s has a unique insight into where the job market is headed and what it takes to keep up. Being a competitive candidate in the job market starts with the development of these four basic and applied skills. McDonald’s developed the “Are You America’s Next Success Story” workshop to raise awareness among young people of the importance of honing these skills.

The workshop will open with an educational Improvised Comedy Show featuring our three Comedy Coaches and the musical styling of the infamous DJ Jem. The interactive workshop calls for multiple volunteers from the audience to play and perform on stage. Our head Comedy Coach will guide the games with lessons about their purpose and implication in the workplace.

Through the use of improvised comedy, audience participation, and laughter, the McDonald’s “Are you America’s Next Success Story?” workshop teaches fun and effective methods to develop the skill sets that matter most in the workplace!
